I did a survey of in-house evaluators last fall. A summary of the survey
is in the list archives and I would be happy to send details to those
who request copies. 

I am leading a roundtable session at the ASTC conference this year on
Institutionalizing Audience Research and Evaluation (Sunday, Oct 29,
2:30-3:45pm, Louisville, KY). I hope that you - and anyone else
interested in this subject - will join us.
