Definately, sometimes the loudest swallowers are just lousy swallowers. 
The swallowing rate during ACTIVE bf is supposed to be inversely 
proportional to milk flow - faster flow, slower swallowing. Some babies 
seem to mix this up. Would love to get one of these kids under our 
ultrasound!
