the Lord"  concerns you. In this case "fear the Lord" generally translates as 
"respect  the Lord." The world can do with a bit more respect all around.  



But then the term used should be "respect the Lord" not "fear the  Lord." 
Interesting that words and terminology need to be translated or  swapped out when 
they inconveniently draw criticism. 
 
And, no argument that the world could certainly use more respect all  around. 
Let's start with religious zealots respecting science and other points  of 
view in general.
