I am terribly confused; perhaps I read this post incorrectly?

In a recent post Karleen Gribble states "It's my understanding that the rep
presenting the information could be an IBCLC him/herself and not be
breaching the IBCLE Code of Ethics in marketing formula in Brenda's
hospital...."

Wouldn't an IBCLC marketing formula certainly BREACH the code of ethics as
well as violate the WHO code?

Please tell me that I have misunderstood this post,
