Hello Jamie-
I'm sorry for the delay in my reply to this inquiry.  I'm just now  
wrapping up changes to two articles and returning to the book.  I do  
hope to go forward with it, sending out a letter to all the authors  
in the next two weeks.  I hope that everyone still wishes to  
participate.  Please "hold the phone" for just a few more days until  
you get my next note.
