I'd like to apologize to Amy and Marcy and the list for my grumpiness 
exercise. A classic example of hitting the "send" button before engaging the 
brain. My note was entirely inappropriate, unnecessary and rude and in the 
future I'll try to keep my petty criticism to myself. Again, I'm sorry.
