I have permission to post. Mother of 3 week old baby has cracked nipples and 
has experienced blanching. Baby is having adequate output. Mother is still 
experiencing pain despite change in position and deep latch techniques. She 
is isolated, living in Campinas, Brazil. She cannot speak Portuguese, so she 
feels even further isolated. Her only help has been online. Mother would 
like to see someone locally, but the language barrier has been an issue.

Does anyone know of an IBCLC, peer counselor, ect. in the region of 
Campinas, Brazil? Especially someone who can understand/speak English?
