If this is the video and TV program that I saw, it did not actually win first prize but was a runner-up.  The mother is a sports instructor in my neighborhood, specialising in exercise for pregnancy and after birth and swimming for babies.  At the time she was a single mother and since then she remarried and had another baby - also breastfed in all sorts of interesting positions!
