Fully aware of the arguments pro and con vis-a-vis historic vs.
historical archaeology ... In fact, here in the office we revisited
the topic re: business cards, signage, etc.
The conclusion was ... semantics, shemantics ... Since I work in a
office with a majority of prehistoric archaeologists, rather than
PREHISTORICAL archaeologists, I decided I was more than comfortable
not bucking the trend.
