In our litigious world, this looks like an accident waiting to happen, to
me. Yes, in a perfect world, this would be nice. However, it is not.
Maybe if the patients were perfect (no crack addicts, no demands for an
epidural at 1 cm, no families insisting that baby get a bottle so it can "eat
something"), the nurses could be more perfect.
