A very special thank you to Kathleen  Bruce, and in her absentia, Kathleen 
Auerbach.  When I first wrote about  Lactnet in one of the 1995 issues of the 
ILCA Globe (it was really very  different then), Lactnet was just a baby with -- 
oh gosh, Kathleen -- how many  members?  Not many yet.  I didn't even know 
that you didn't have to  *pay* to *subscribe!!*.  I, personally, have learned a 
lot since I  subscribed. 
 
Also, a huge thank you to the other  list mothers that make Lactnet run so 
smoothly.  You don't know how much I  (and I'm sure most of the others -- if not 
ALL of the other members) appreciate  all the volunteer time you put into 
this most valuable of  resources.
 
I recommend Lactnet to all our  student Lactation Consultants -- particularly 
as a *study aid* when they are  facing the IBLCE exam.  Where better to get 
an idea of ALL the differences  of opinion out there -- what better way to 
learn to be a lactation consultant  than on Lactnet???
