I am only familiar with the lab at Lucile packard Children's Hospital  
at Stanford for ELISA for IgG.  Even we send these specimens out, I  
believe, but I know the hospital/lab does run this particular test  
for this purpose, and in my experience it has been clinically  
accurate.  I hope that helps.  If it would be helpful, I can track  
down the outsourcing lab if you contact me off-list.
