ISEN-ASTC-L is a service of the Association of Science-Technology Centers
Incorporated, a worldwide network of science museums and related institutions.

The data for the ASTC Sourcebook of Statistics & Analysis is available on
CD-ROM - http://www.astc.org/pubs/source_book06.htm. One of the many data
points is whether or not the institution has "workshops/institutes for
teachers." You should be able to do some useful analysis with this.

Note: The limitation of this source is that only some institutions choose to
provide information to ASTC each year. The 205 participants in 2006 is OK.
But, this would be a more useful tool if more institutions would take the
time to complete and return the survey.
