Hi All,

I've searched the archives and have found little regarding this topic.  I 
did find one study in the NEJM (2001) supporting fluconazole's use 
prophylactically in preterm infants to prevent fungal colonization.

Does anyone know of any studies that do support the use of fluconazole 
(Diflucan) in the case of stubborn ductal thrush?
