A good resource for this is Jay Schwartz. He runs a thing called secret
cinema out of Philadelphia. His website is http://www.thesecretcinema.com/.

Subject: Motivational Film from the 70s? "The Way You Are Now..."

Back in the 70s a terrific motivational film was available on 16mm film. The
title escapes me, but it was something like "The Way You Are Now is How You
Were
Then". Anyone know of such a film? I believe it was produced by someone at
the
Univ. of Colorado, and I believe the writer died in a bicycle accident a
fews
later. Two key points I recall about the film are that the major turning
points
in one's life are around 10, 20 and 50.
