ISEN-ASTC-L is a service of the Association of Science-Technology Centers
Incorporated, a worldwide network of science museums and related institutions.

We used an Ontrak USB Relay box in a recent exhibit... their somewhat
mind-numbing product page is here:

http://www.ontrak.net/products.htm

We're using it exclusively in the opposite direction -- we wanted the
computer to control switches, not switches to control the computer!
-- so I can't vouch for it as an input device. It works fine for our
needs, though.

Ontrak also doesn't advertise MacOS compatibility (although I'm sure
a competent hacker could get it working); I'm happy to see that
Lath's suggestion does.
