People keep personal records all the time. I have used letters, scrapbooks, journals and photo albums to help tell personal stories in media presentations as well as on the museum floor. I find that people respond well to this kind of interpretation. Jonathan Stein, Museum Media Planning and Design

Subject: Real People's Stories in Exhibits?
ISEN-ASTC-L is a service of the Association of Science-Technology Centers
Incorporated, a worldwide network of science museums and related institutions.
*****************************************************************************
Has anyone seen, or used, novel way of integrating real people's
stories into interactive exhibitions?
I'm looking for examples beyond full-scale photos with text panels,
or the ubiquitous "talking head" videos.
Thanks!
