Lynnette,
Your client has doubled her milk output in a week. That's not so bad. Of 
course, if we look at just the volume it is discouraging, but as a 
percentage increase, it's 200% MORE. I usually have moms put it in this 
perspective, and also tell them about some babies in my practice who 
were allergic to formula, and were able to tolerate it better when mom 
got up to the 4-6 oz a day of her milk range.
