Hello-

I have had the recent care of 4 mothers who have had gastric bypass. 2
of the mothers are NICU parents and are having less than 1 oz. of
breastmilk per pumping session >8 days of age for preemie. The other two
mothers are nursing without problems reported as of yet, babies are 1-2
weeks old. Standard milk supply increases are being used for the two
mothers with low supply, no significant increase as of yet and pumping
behaviors have been modified. Any suggestions or information would be
appreciated
