Has anyone out there gone through whatever the process is to have their
honey products certified Kosher? I have someone attempting to find a NJ
supplier who is certified, and a search of the internet, OU (Orthodox Union)
in particular, left me without much of a notion about how involved or, more
importantly, expensive this would be. Anyone out there know the ropes?
