Can ductal or nipple pore patency change from one nursling to another, for a
mother? Has anyone observed this?
Can pumping with a pump, either a poor quality pump, or using too much
pressure while pumping, adversely affect some of the patent ducts, either
temporarily or permanently?
I know of a mom who used to visibly spray from 6 - 8 ducts on each breast
with her first nursling with MER, and for her second and third nurslings
only notices 2 - 3 ducts leaking on each breast...
