	Just two thoughts about this on a lazy August day:

		I suspect that AAAS or NAS would do the review free, 
saving the board and the folks of Kansas $20,000 and

		I find it increasingly embarrassing to see references 
to Bush's statement about evolution especially since he is the 
president of one of the most scientifically and technically advanced 
societies. I cannot grasp how he can take such a position! Obviously 
it is an emotional issue for me for I do understand the politics. It 
is the absurdity of it. And then to have his "people" tell us what he 
meant. Do they think we are so stupid?

Well, back to work.
