One thing she may not realize is that when she pumps at work, she will 
likely be able to get much more than when she is trying to pump in between 
regular feedings;  for me, I have a difficult time getting 5 ounces during a 
day of pumping while I am feeding my 4-month old, but on the days I go to 
work, I can get about 16 ounces at work, just because I'm not feeding the 
little guy, too.  So, she only needs to build up a store for about a couple 
of days, then the pumping at work will replace the stores
