Hi everybody! Yesterday I was studying with a colleague and she had a
pre-test from BSC. There was a question on expected wt gain for a 1
month old infant. The 2 best choice answers were 4-7 oz per week, or 6-10
oz per week. I recall reading 4-7oz per week in Ruth Lawrence's book,
the red one from '94, and have used this figure in my practice for the
past 10 years. But when we were looking it up yesterday in updated
textbooks it looked like the answer should be 20 gm per day, which is
more than 4 oz per week. Is this a change?
    Thank you for any answers!!!
