I think Barbara's post address all of our concerns. I commend her for taking 
the time to write and being so honest. Debbie, thank you also. As a 
profession, we have to keep discussing this so that we improve and grow. 
Otherwise, we will never achieve "value" to our society and a way to make a 
decent living by our members. We can't keep pretending that everyone who is 
IBCLC has the same skill level, competency, and knowledge base.
