I would second the idea of having this baby checked for sensory integration
issues, and I would advise against putting pureed foods on mother's nipples.
Not a good idea... For many reasons.  Many children react to textures, etc,
and this may or may not indicate problems,... Cathy Watson Genna gave an
excellent talk on sensory issues at a local conference recently. Excellent
presentation....
