I looked it up in my Red Book.  Unfortunately my copy at home is old, 1997,
maybe someone has a newer one available.  It is a virus, Papillomavirus, one
of many that cause all sorts of warts.  Says nothing about passage in
breastmilk.  I would think simple hygiene would work as long as the lesion
isn't on the nipple or areola.  Pat in SNJ
