<<I'm posting with permission. I'm looking for information for  a 29 year old 
woman who is about to have a c-section followed by  a total hysterectomy 
immediately after the delivery of twins at 36  weeks. This mother had ovarian 
cancer about two years ago. She had  one ovary removed and after freezing three 
embryos she went through  four months of chemo. About a year after chemo she was 
able to conceive  twins through IVF but she has had a very difficult 
pregnancy. I'm  looking for information about hormone replacement and it's effect on 
milk  production. This mother wants to breastfeed her babies but she's 
concerned  about abruptly going into menopause at 29. Thank you for any information  
that can be of help to this mother in her efforts to  breastfeed.>>
