Hi all,

The Exhibit Museum Planetarium produced a program several years ago
called: "Women in Astronomy: A History." It is designed around 18
brief vignettes, focusing on a handful of women who made significant,
but often unheard of contributions to astronomy. They are covered
briefly, the entire program running about thirty minutes. Among the
women included are: Hypatia, Annie Jump Cannon, Caroline Herschel ,
Carolyn Shoemaker, Carolyn Porco, Jocelyn Bell, and others. Do you know
what each of these women are famous for?

The program is open-ended, inviting the viewer to be aware of who will
be the next famous, "woman in astronomy?"

Regards,

Matt Linke
