ISEN-ASTC-L is a service of the Association of Science-Technology Centers
Incorporated, a worldwide network of science museums and related institutions.

I have received quite a few questions from colleagues who will be attending
the ASTC Conference asking which local restaurants can accommodate larger
groups. In addition to the hotel restaurants, there are quite a few
restaurants within just a block or two of the Convention Center and the
conference hotels (Fairmont and Hilton).

Tech staff have put together a list of favorite restaurants, sources of
local information, and other services that you might find useful.
Restaurants that generally are good at accommodating larger groups are
listed separately after the general dining tips.

Another tool we have created for helping you plan your ASTC 2004 Conference
visit is an interactive Conference Planner. You can search sessions and
events by date, topic, strand, presenter or title.

Both of these tools are available at http://www.thetech.org/astc/.
