Follow me mum is excellent. Two of us (IBCLCs) that work for our local WIC 
agency have been using this technique to get good results. We have also used 
the videotape to train staff. It is an expensive videotape but the latch on 
technique follows baby's cues and natural instincts, which I like. I even 
showed it at an LLL Leaders meeting.
