I have talked with a few people who Exclusively pump (because nursing 
didn't end up working for them for whatever reason to begin with, and 
they were dedicated to providing their milk to their baby all the same) 
and they have said the bustier is a wonderful invention.  Usually these 
people pump through several letdowns, and having your hands free means 
you CAN massage the breasts.  I know when I was double pumping, that was 
my biggest complaint was that if I was holding pump horns in place, I 
couldn't massage my breasts too (I only have 2 hands, not four).  ;-)
