Music of D'Arcy Reynolds To Be Performed By Annora Ensemble - June 19
at San Francisco Community Music Center

The music of California-based composer D'Arcy Reynolds will be heard
in concert with the Annora Ensemble on Sunday, June 19, 2005 - 8:00 PM
at the San Francisco Community Music Center, 544 Capp Street in San
Francisco.

The Ensemble will present her Corazon del Verano and Theme and Variations
for Clarinet and Piano, along with music by Maria Luisa Priolli, Villa
Lobos, Bartok and Debussy.

Performers for this concert will include Ann Smith, piano, Jeannie Psomas,
clarinet, Brooke Aird, violin, Misha Khalikulov, cello, with D'Arcy
Reynolds, piano and Peter Josheff, clarinet

D'Arcy Reynolds has recently returned from an extended visit to South

D'Arcy Reynolds is a well-known composer on the West Coast where her
compositions have been premiered at numerous concert halls and music
festivals.  She has written works for orchestra, chamber orchestra,
chorus, chamber ensemble, voice and piano. Recent premieres include
her string quartet "Cloven Dreams", performed by Tessa Brinckman & the
East/West Continuo in Portland, Oregon, "Elegy" by the San Jose Chamber
Orchestra, "21" for piano, and "The Past Keeps Changing", performed at
the Yerba Buena Center for the Arts, San Francisco, CA.  In recognition
for her outstanding work, D'Arcy has won several grants from such
prestigious organizations as the American Composers Forum, the American
