Breast is always best and breastfeeding is easy and doesn't hurt!
Reality
There are many benefits to breastfeeding, however babies who are bottle-fed also thrive.

I wonder if ABA had any input into this and whether they had heard from any mothers who felt the breastfeeding was the one thing they were doing well when they were ill with PPD?
