Further to Don Satz's review of Graupner's harpsichord music played by
Genevi`eve Soly (Analekta fleurs de lys FL 2 3164) I'd like to recommend
Volume 1 of (I think a 2-vol issue of) JS Bach harpsichord/violin works:
BWV 1019; 1019b; BWV 1019a; BWV 1017; BWV 1029; Jesu, Joy of Man's
Desiring, from Cantata 147; Ciaccona from Partita #2 in d minor, BWV
1004. It's "The Complete Sonatas for Obbligato Harpsichord and a Melodic
Instrument," Vol. 1, with Genevi`eve Soly, harpsichord; Jeanne Lamon,
violin; and Jay Bernfeld, viola da gamba (Analekta AN 2 8076).

Pity. A lot of bones have been made of her make-or-break career dive
into Graupner: in Montreal's La Scena Musicale, and also in a Gramophone
mag, IIRC. I hope the gamble of this fine musician on a composer with
2,000 or so hitherto unknown works proves fruitful.
