Just heard from our local WIC office that WIC is no longer giving mothers breastpumps in the state of Illinois.  I have been told that the pumps
were being given in hopes to increase length of breastfeeding and that their studies have shown giving moms pumps have not increased the length
of time they breastfeed their babies.  They are sending employees from the office to a clc class this Monday I believe, and then are planning to
send clc's out to do home visits to take the place of the pumps.  Anyone from Illinois know any more about this or perhaps differently?  Thanks.
