I was very interested at the recent ALCA conference to listen to Randah
Sadeh from WHO speak about HIV and breastfeeding that breastfeeding by a
HIV- woman  is one of the possibilities to be explored with new mothers who
are HIV+ Apparently research is underway to determine whether child-mother
transmission of HIV happens.
