A lot of medical journals, including JHL, will email you a table of
contents each time a new issue is published. Most of the time, the
email provides links to abstracts of the articles, but once in awhile
they might actually have the full contents online. Usually there is
a link on the journal's home page, that allows you to sign up for
email updates. I also subscribe to email updates from the American
Academy of Pediatrics, Medscape and several other ob/pediatrics
online services. Sometimes there is a lot of good info and other
weeks there is nothing of interest (to me at least), so it does take
some wading through.
