Just musing on the article linked to below.

I was struck by the language in this article: the mother "claims"
discrimination, the words "discreetly" and "tastefully" are used
several times to describe NIP, including a reference to "hippies". A UI
rep said the university "supports mothers and their choice to nurse." A
lot of strange language here. Breastfeeding is definitely not the norm,
but a strange new "choice" that some are liberal enough to allow. There
is even a quote, "People have really started to embrace breastfeeding
at Iowa" - how long have there been people settled in Iowa?
Breastfeeding is no longer a normal biological action, but something
that Iowa code "permits".

We have a long way to go.
