I didn't see it anywhere when I Googled her name but did find a few other
sites with a few examples of her work.  She showed us only 4 panels and I
think there were 50. She does mostly interactive art, including exhibits in
"banana-ligraphy" which is letters made from dried/baked banana peels (which
looks much better than it sounds).  Her discovery of using banana peels in
art came when she made one as a tribute to a Brazilian man (she is from
Brazil) who was set on fire and killed by a group of teens. The sculptures
were to represent his life...he was thrown away like a used banana peel, and
the blacked peels looked like burnt flesh.

Anyway, if you ever get a chance to see her work, run, don't walk to the
gallery.  We did two workshops on making paper with her and I could have
stayed all day in the studio.

I told her about the Ad Campaign and she was very interested.
