What I intended by writing it was to provoke thought and  discussion.
Well, it isn't the first time I've been confused and won't be the last (old
age is setting in too fast)! But the contrast of statements as you so clearly
pointed out, definitely shows that there is slight of hand (tongue?) going on
 here. It's the classic case that they are talking out of both sides of their
 mouth. The infant formula industry is very slick and they think we (Bf'ing
advocates) are not too bright, have few resources and can't fight them. We
continue to do so even tho we don't have the financial backing of big industry.
Feels like David against Goliath.
I still think your letter or "white paper" is worthy of sharing with "the
big guys" because they need to see and hear that we are on to them.

The discussion on LN is very thought provoking and I think ILCA is  going to
be inspiring, as always.
