Incorporated, a worldwide network of science museums and related institutions.

The National Research Council has free guidelines and publications for the 
care of animals in laboratories.  

If you are a lab, don't pretend that you are a zoo just to get a better 
regulatory shake.  We have enough loopholes in society without having science 
center folks suggesting that we take the easy way out!
