Just wanted to add my "WOW!".  I think the duplicity of those who
claimed "no influence" by the formula companies was really made
obvious be their later comments.  I look forward to reading all the
feedback (no time now, must get ready to leave in less than 30
minutes for a social engagement).  From the sound of it, there was a
lot of negativity.  Can't help but wonder if some of it was
pre-planned by "you-know-who" (lest, as in the current Harry Potter
books and movies, uttering the name gives them power).  We need to
have some good feedback, sympathizing with frustration and placing
the "blame" right where it belongs-lack of support and downright
interference.
