Ron,

I realize that this may be a very late response to your reply to Jill et al,
but I wanted to ask you re: the Farmer's Insurance. What issues are not
covered?

Jill and others,

Save Our Heritage Organisation spent five years looking for D & O insurance
that plugged all the loopholes, had the least disclaimers, and was fair
coverage. This was back about ten years ago, but the broker kept bringing
companies
with so many disclaimers you wondered what they actually covered. The price
range seemed to be about $1500 a year, though I belong to a group with $600
coverage from Farmers. Finding carriers is not the issue, making sure they
cover
everything you need is the difficult part.
