Dear Colleagues,

Please note that the deadline for submitting abstracts has been extended to
June 30, 2005. As of today, it is possible to submit your abstracts on-line
at www.sha.org/About/Conferences/mt2005.htm.

I have been in close contact with Dr. Harold Mytum of the University of
York, SHA's 2005 Conference Chair, and I can assure you he is preparing an
exceptional program in an entirely memorable setting. You will not be
disappointed, of that you can be sure! The conference will be held from
January 5 to 10, 2005, in the York Moat House Hotel and University of York's
King's Manor campus. Consult SHA's web site over the next weeks for further
