It is a fake attempt to copy and thus replace real milk.  
Writing that it is fake makes it sound like it could not happen with
*real* artificial milk.  What made it fake………that it lacked essential
nutrients that infants need to grow optimally? So all artificial milk
lacks antibodies ,  live cells and most of the ingredients that make
infants healthy………so maybe we should start calling artificial milk fake
infant food ( FIF) instead of ABM or formula or whatever?
