You can get some glow ice cubes for the drinks.  (with your logo, if
you want!)

or go on google and search for "glow ice cubes" and pick one of the
million links.

You could also wrap glow bracelets around the stems of the drinks.  I
know I've also seen trays with lights around the edges for serving food
and drinks.

As for demonstrations, I always like talking about rainbows and
spectral lines (you can buy a roll of diffraction grating from Edmund
Scientifics and give visitors their own little square to take home.)
