I worked at the Museum of Science and Industry in Chicago a few years back and I developed an exhibit around basketball and Michael Jordan.  Much of the information was fitness and nutrition related.  We also began developing a sports exhibit - I did a lot of research for that.  I no longer work there anymore and thus do not have access to the information, but perhaps you could contact someone in exhibits there?

I'm wondering if anyone out there in informal scienceland has seen or knows of successful exhibits on fitness and/or nutrition for kids? I'm interested in exhibits in science centers, children's museums, or wherever.

Do you have some exhibits on theses topics in your institution? What's worked well? What's been challenging? 
Have you done any visitor research or exhibit evaluation on these topics? We are just starting our research on this topic and are happy to share results when we have them.
