Hi I have been watching this discussion. I had placenta acreta and massive
hemorrhage after the birth of my second child. I transferred from a homebirth
and had a D&C. I was separated from my daughter for more than 24 hours.

I was very lucky to not question my milk supply and I did not have a milk
supply problem. However the birth scared the hell out of me. I was a Doula at the
time and I had lots of experience and I said I would never go back to helping
women during birth.

My midwives encouraged me to nurse often, Meg had terrible jaundice that was
treated with sunshine and nursing. Iate really well and
