Hi Everyone,

I thought I'd post this update for those of you who were so kind to help us
with our "situation" this past month.

The meeting that the LC's weren't invited to never took place, but now
everything is fine again.  I'm not clear on why or how and suspect that
I'll never really know.... (Maybe there really is a Santa Claus!) At any
rate, the group has requested some education and we will are working on a
presentation.  In the meantime, we are soliciting physician feedback on the
forms we currently use and will likely make some minor changes.

Thanks again to everyone who came through for us. Your advice, shared
research and general support was really appreciated.
